Delivery and Collection

PLANNED AROUND YOUR SITE

A practical delivery plan starts with the right information.

Straightforward UK mainland delivery is priced by product type at checkout. Mixed baskets use the highest delivery band once per order. Contact us for Northern Ireland, islands or any destination outside mainland Great Britain.

01

Tell us what is moving

Send the product, size, quantity and whether it is a purchase, hire delivery or hire collection.

02

Describe the destination

Include the full postcode, site contact, opening hours, access restrictions and available unloading equipment.

03

We confirm the plan

Your quotation will set out the delivery charge, expected lead time and any vehicle or unloading requirements.

Delivery charges and coverage

Our standard online delivery charges are shown below and apply once per order to a UK mainland address. If an order contains products from more than one band, checkout applies the highest charge rather than adding every band together.

Product typeUK mainland delivery
Height barriers£185.00
Road forms£50.00
Pallet delivery, including Flowplates£50.00
Small items, including tarmac fixings£19.50

Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and destinations outside mainland Great Britain require an individual quotation. Unusual access, unloading or dedicated-vehicle requirements may also need to be agreed separately before dispatch.

Lead times and dispatch

Timing varies between stocked products, made-to-order items and hire equipment. A lead time starts once we have the information, approval and cleared payment required for the order. Dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee one in writing.

We will keep you informed as the order approaches dispatch. Please do not commit labour, plant, traffic management or a concrete pour until the goods have arrived and you have checked that everything needed for the work is present.

Access and unloading

Three-metre road forms, steel plates and loaded storage equipment may travel by pallet network, dedicated vehicle or specialist freight. Unless the quotation specifically includes offloading, you are responsible for providing safe access and suitable mechanical unloading at the destination.

  • Give us any width, height, weight, turning or surface restrictions before the quote is accepted.
  • Confirm whether the site requires a booking reference, induction, PPE or a named delivery contact.
  • Make sure a competent person and the agreed forklift, telehandler or crane are ready when the vehicle arrives.
  • Tell us promptly if the address or access arrangements change. Redirection, waiting time or a failed delivery may create an additional carrier charge.

Checking a delivery

A responsible person should check the number of packages and their visible condition before the carrier leaves. Note obvious damage or shortages on the delivery record, take clear photographs and contact us promptly with your order number. Do not install or use an item that appears unsafe or damaged.

COLLECTION BY ARRANGEMENT

Collect from Newtown

Orders and hire equipment can be collected by prior agreement from:

Concrete Forms
Unit 5 Vastre Industrial Estate
Heol Vastre
Newtown, Powys
SY16 1DZ

Wait for collection confirmation before travelling. Your vehicle must be suitable for the load, and you must bring appropriate restraints. We will advise the agreed collection window and loading arrangements.

Hire movements

Outbound delivery and return collection are quoted for the agreed hire dates and equipment. At collection, the equipment must be safely accessible, ready to load and in the condition required by the hire agreement. Cleaning, loss or damage is handled under that agreement.
